He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he focused mainly on the field of civil and copyright law during his studies. He wrote his diploma thesis on the topic of Non-contractual Institutes of Use of Copyrighted Works: Exceptions, Limitations, Public Domain and Related Issues of Generative AI.

He gained practical experience during his studies in law firms, in the judiciary, in public administration and in a non-profit organization focused on consumer protection. In his practice, he mainly focuses on civil, labor, insurance and copyright law, including dispute resolution.

In his free time, he is mainly interested in literature, history and art.
